Beaver Lake Tour
Beaver Lake is one of the premier dive sites in Arkansas. Crystal clear waters, interesting rock formations, and abundant aquatic life make this a favorite for divers of all experience levels.
About This Tour
Beaver Lake is a crown jewel of Arkansas diving. Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas, the lake spans over 28,000 acres with more than 480 miles of shoreline. Beneath the surface you will find dramatic bluff walls, submerged timber, and fascinating rock formations carved by centuries of water flow.
Visibility at Beaver Lake regularly reaches 15 to 25 feet, and on the best days can exceed 30 feet. The lake is home to a thriving ecosystem of largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, catfish, bluegill, and the occasional paddlefish. Divers frequently encounter crayfish, freshwater mussels, and turtles along the rocky ledges.
Whether you are a newly certified Open Water diver looking for your first lake experience or a seasoned diver seeking a relaxing day beneath the surface, Beaver Lake delivers. We run tours to several proven dive sites around the lake, each offering something different depending on skill level and interest.
